The Play Mode interface lets sellers complete quests at every step of the process to collect stars, which they can instantly trade in for rewards.

Driving to the post office is far too much work.

Play Mode Solution:

Play Mode will use geofencing technology to drop rewards sellers can only redeem at post offices.

Seller Pain Point:

Sellers items can get lost in a sea of listings, making their shop visibility low.

Play Mode Solution:

Sellers can use their stars to purchase ad space on digitial billboards in UK cities with high Gen Z populations.
